Free use of annual leave Annual leaves can be freely used within the limit of the set annual leave. Refreshment leave for long-term employees Refreshment leave is provided to long-term employees together with the vacation bonus.
- those who have worked for 5 years: 10 days of paid leave with vacation bonus of KW500,000
- those who have worked for 10 years: 30 days of paid leave with vacation bonus of KW2,000,000
Amenities There is a cafeteria as a resting place for employees and the office provide snacks, coffee and drinks here. For further rest and healing, there is also a special chair in the café dedicated for massage that anyone can use. Birthday party A small birthday party is given with a birthday gift to all members of the company once a year.
Workshops and overseas travel We are conducting irregular workshops and team leaders overseas trips every year for unity among employees. Selection of employee for excellence and compliment Employee of excellence and employee of compliment are selected every month and provided with company products free of charge.
